HR Business Partner.
London / Birmingham – hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.
As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the MD Corporate Units Digital and the N-3 leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong business partner relationships, facilitating the development of impactful people solutions. These solutions will be instrumental in driving the people agenda, transforming people performance, and enhancing organizational capabilities in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
To achieve these goals, you will work in close coordination with the specialist HR teams in Business, HR Services, and the Group COE. Together, you will deliver and, in certain cases, contribute to co-creating HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the organization effectively. Your proactive collaboration with these teams will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success and growth of the organization.

- Measures the effectiveness of people initiatives through performance management.
- Provides support on employee attraction, development, and retention.
- Contributes to organizational design projects for streamlined processes.
- Champions emerging HR trends and collaborates on talent needs.
