With a Head Office based in Okehampton, Devon and a further branch in Andover, Hampshire, Cladco Profiles Ltd is the leading supplier of Composite Decking and Roofing Sheets in the UK. Due to rapid expansion over previous years and with plans to continue this growth further in the future, we are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to assist within the Sales Department of the business on a day-to-day basis.
The role:
A general admin role within the sales department at our Beardown Road offices and reporting directly to the Sales Manager to offer support to our sales team. Full training will be given if required.
Duties include:
· Amending and updating orders
· Answering customer queries
· Dealing with complaints/issues & providing customer support
· Processing Credit notes & Refunds
· Contacting customers both by email and phone
· Assisting sales team with quotation follow ups & inputting of orders
· Answering overflow calls
· Liaising with other internal teams
· Handling Livechat facility

· Good PC Skills
· Previous CRM system experience
The position is office based at our premises in Okehampton and is full time with working hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturdays will be required on a rota basis.
