What is the role?
The HR Business Partner works with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help develop organisation and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within Bolton at Home. The postholder also manages a centralised HR Hub Team to ensure delivery of key HR administrative and operational areas such as recruitment, contractual variations, and sickness absence recording.
Outcomes:
- Successful delivery of people strategies and projects to meet business outcomes across the organisation.
- Effective management of HR casework.
- Ensure that an accurate and compliant HR Hub service is delivered to customers.
- Implement effective process improvement to increase efficiency in the HR Hub team.
