There will also be the opportunity as part of the wider professional HR team to develop policy, procedures and guidance.
Working collaboratively with other HR Business Partners to share good practice and to handle peaks in workload, the post holder will be an experienced HR professional with the ability to rapidly build credibility as a trusted HR partner. With strong influencing, team-working and communication skills, the successful applicant should be CIPD qualified or with an equivalent level of experience gained through study and work. Experience within either the public sector or with research and/or scientific workforces would be particularly advantageous.
