you will report to the Retail manager
Objective: To deliver great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Serve and present beverages as to company standard
- Assist in keeping the bar and front of house area and facilities clean and tidy
- Recommend and up sell food and drink
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
- Be involved and contribute at all team meetings
- Carry out instruction as given by management and head office
- Support the back of house team in delivering great service

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
