HR Associate - London (NW2) / London Central

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Associate to join our team and support our growing dental group. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing comprehensive HR support and assistance across various functions within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to the success of our boutique dental group.

Summary of Job role:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and coaching.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Assist in the management of employee benefits and leave administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and culture-building activities.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (would consider experience to substitute for qualification)
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
