HR Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + benefits + internal/external training!
Location: Waltham Cross

The role will be based at our client's office in Waltham Cross. You will be a key member of the team supporting four HR Advisors with the daily administrative and human resources duties including inductions, onboarding, and recruitment, payroll processing, as well as compiling and maintaining records on all HR systems. They will also be the first point of contact for any employee ad hoc queries.

As an HR Assistant you will be:
- Assisting HR and line managers with the process of recruitment
- Issuing employment contracts, offer letters
- Carrying out reference and right-to-work checks for new starters
- Ensuring new starters have access to the relevant systems
- Support payroll lead with the collation of relevant information and documentation
- Updating HR templates and policy documentation
- Maintaining the HR inbox
- Updating and maintaining all HR systems with employee changes, producing employee letters reflecting changes (in salary, location, shifts, job role, resignation, acceptance, probationary, invites to investigations and disciplinaries, etc.)
