HR Assistant - Initial 3 month contract
Hybrid Work arrangement - Flexible to work majority from home with time in office as business requires.
Join a growing organisation as an HR Assistant and contribute to the success of their friendly and capable team. We are a supporting a people focussed business with the expansion of their HR team. Reporting into a highly personable and extremely experienced HR Director, you be in pole position to learn and develop your HR career.
With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a talented HR professional with a CIPD Level 3 qualification to join this awesome HR team.
The role will initially focus on project around pre employment checks and so experience in this area, particularly in a regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
Longer term there is scope to get involved in wider HR work, as well as potential for contract extension.
Requirements:
· CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred.
· Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar HR administrative role.
· Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
