Cash and Treasury Accountant
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Benefits: Guaranteed bonus + hybrid working options negotiable + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + free on site parking
Location: Barton Upon Humber
Would you like to work for a nationally known brand experiencing huge growth? My client is seeking an experienced qualified/part qualified/QBE accountant to join their established finance team. Located close to the Humber Bridge this opportunity will have appeal to candidates on both the north and south Humber bank.
THE ROLE:
The main purpose of the role is to:
Deliver timely and accurate cash statements, ensure payments are approved in line with the company's approval matrix and protect the business assets through financial integrity.
Content of the role:
Daily Cash Flow, including a rolling forecast, report on 1 month cash flow accuracy.
Prepare 1 year and 3 year cash flow, review of cash and debtors GL, weekly cash to revenue reconciliation.
Responsible for company credit cards, ensure payments are made in the most effective and controlled way, prepare and report adherence to payment calendar.
Responsible for 4 weekly intergroup loan confirmations, responsible consumer finance process.
Approve payments in the bank in line with mandate and administer.
THE CANDIDATE:

An effective communicator you have excellent inter personal skills enabling you to liaise with colleagues and suppliers with clarity and understanding and are able to challenge the status quo when required.
Previous experience of ERP systems is desirable, confident Excel use essential.
This role is open to candidates who are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent/part qualified/ /QBE.
