The Role
We started building Dojo with a mission to become the most trusted payments provider for small and mid-market businesses. On our journey so far, we’ve achieved a perfect trustpilot rating, a top of market NPS score and we’re currently onboarding upwards of 7500 businesses each month. This incredible success is enabled by a team of 500 strong (and growing) self-employed payment consultants whose job is to help prospective customers understand the value Dojo products can bring to their business.
As Talent Acquisition Manager for our Field Sales teams, you will impact Dojo’s potential for growth in a big way and be responsible for setting the strategy and vision for payment consultant hiring.. You will lead a team of 5 and be a partner to our Commercial Management team.
What you will do…
- Partner with the commercial leadership to define and implement hiring strategies and delivery plans that enable continued growth
- Take a quality first, fast-paced approach to attracting, engaging and selecting the talent.
- Manage, hire our talent acquisition team that focus on PC recruitment; currently a team of 5
- Use data to your advantage; to not only improve our processes but to better our understanding of the talent market
- Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve candidate experience
- Partner with the wider TA, People & Development teams to work on a range people projects focused around process improvement and best practices e.g reward benefits
- Educate the wider business on the talent market
What you will bring...
- Extensive experience leading recruitment teams that focus on high volume, commercial recruitment within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of operating at a strategic level and collaborating with Exec
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through the use of data and market intelligence
- Proven track record of delivering results in a talent acquisition team
- High level of analytical skills with a clear data-driven mindset
- Experience of managing and developing talent acquisition specialists
- Strong project management skills, with the capability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Commercial acumen and a desire to understand talent trends and the fintech market.
- A passion for providing industry leading candidate experience
- Proven track record of successfully applying diversity equity and inclusion practices
