South Cliff Dental Group is a rapidly growing company providing NHS and Private dental treatment across the South of England. Our practices range from Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team as a HR assistant. This is a great position for anyone looking to start a career in HR.
Main responsibilities:
- Onboarding for new starters
- Arrange training for new starters with Managers
- Make sure inductions are being completed
- HR compliance checks for each practice
- Monitor the SageHR account, add new staff and archive old staff
- Answering HR phone take message if necessary
- Monitor HR email
- Attend disciplinary/grievance meetings as a note taker
- Help HR Manager and co-ordinator with other tasks when asked
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Good written and spoken English
- GCSE qualifications
This will be a full time position 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Starting salary will be minimum wage.
