Are you an organised HR Administrator with wanting to work with a charity?
We are proud to be partnering with a great national charity that focuses on improving the education of the public. They are looking for a HR Assistant to ensure best practice for employment and safer recruitment checks on a full-time basis for 2 months. Offering hybrid working.
You will review pre-employment and safeguarding checks for trainees. You will maintain and update trainee data. You will liaise with HR leads and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. You will also coordinate the escalation process and ensure compliance with all processes. You will provide reports and project updates to the Programme Delivery Manager as required.
