Job description
Waldrons Solicitors are seeking a Post Completion Assistant to work alongside our very busy Residential Conveyancing Team and current Post Completion Manager. Primary responsibility will be to deal with post completion administrative tasks and to liaise with clients and team members and referrers in addition to dealing with general enquiries, phone calls and general office administrative tasks.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities
· Registrations
· Scheduling title deeds to clients and lenders
· Archiving
· Other administrative tasks as required
· Dealing with client calls, the Land Registry and other third parties.
· Checking progress on registrations
· Diary management to ensure that post completion searches are noted in the calendar to check their validity.
· To be flexible and able to use initiative
· Be self -motivated and a willing worker.
· To promote the interests of the Company assisting with marketing and promotion tasks as might be required from time to time.
· To carry out assigned tasks efficiently, diligently and accurately
· Possess the ability to use English grammatically and to spell accurately.
· Able to work in a team
· Respectful of client confidentiality
· To demonstrate consideration of equality and diversity
· To adhere to health and safety requirements
