Job description
We are seeking a HR Assistant for our site here in Westerleigh.
You will be a key member of the HR team responsible for providing a proactive, effective, engaging and professional HR support service to the site and all key stakeholders. You will be responsible for the day to day administration tasks for the HR team and will provide support to the HR Advisor and HR Manager.
This role will provide you with plenty of variety and opportunity to work across all things HR and Engagement. We will support you in gaining or developing your general ER & HR knowledge and you will assist with recruitment, starters, leavers and the onboarding process, as well as the Occupational Health process.
This role would see you working in a small HR team in a fast paced environment, you will therefore require excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. In this role you will also work quite autonomously at times and the ability to prioritise workload with a lets-fix-this attitude will fit well within the team.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a HR team or have excellent administration skills and be seeking a career in HR.
