We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-driven HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will be a key player in driving our company's success through top-notch HR services and training initiatives, supporting various departments within the business.

Key Activities:
· Carry out induction training and review the progress of new employees.
· Join forces with our Production and Logistics teams to deliver on-the-job training and keep skills matrices up to date.
· Update Bradford Factor, review scores with relevant team leaders or managers when they complete return-to-work forms, and keep the log up to date.
· Maintain precise employee records, including the scoop on leaves, holidays and sick days.
· Be the HR policy champion as you navigate the administrative matrix with style.
· Have your fingers on the pulse of departmental KPIs.
· Administration of Time & Attendance system.
· Keeping a keen eye on training in action, making sure our processes are as smooth as silk.
· Support formal and informal counselling meetings, with relevant managers and team leaders.
· Contribute to the creation and delivery of training and competency assessment.
· Be part of the Apprentice Academy, delivering SWE sessions.
· Assist in organisational change projects to enhance company efficiency.
· Support the Group HR Manager and HR Officers as needed.
· Undertake out any other duties to support the needs of the business.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
