Job description
Specific duties will include:
- Managing the on-boarding of new joiners, including drafting of offer letters and contracts and conducting pre-employment checks
- Conducting new starter reviews and exit interviews, providing feedback to the HR Managers where appropriate
- Co-ordinating the fixed-term contract process
- Deal with day to day employee related queries on HR policies, processes and the HR systems (e.g. ADP, VinciWorks, Bowland Solutions, Vero Live)
- Managing the leaver process, including drafting letters and systems administration including the HR system and the SRA
- Assisting with the annual review and design of the wellbeing programme, conducting research and making recommendations
- Supporting with payroll and benefits administration including processing monthly benefit invoices
- Updating the intranet (iKNow) with relevant news stories and update the HR pages when required
- Coordinating and circulating agendas for the HR team meetings
- Supporting with the administration of the annual salary and bonus reviews
- General reporting of management information such as headcount, sickness and benefits as required
- Assisting with HR projects and administration where required
