We’re looking for a friendly social person to join our growing HR and engagement team. Do you love interacting with people face to face and virtually? And are you passionate about employee engagement?

When will I work?
Preferably full time in office hours, but we are open to hearing what working pattern works best for the right person.
Where will I work?
You will be based in the office for the initial period, but this can be a hybrid role once you have settled in.
What will I be doing?
You will develop strong, trusting relationships with each team member, and strive to recognize and celebrate people both at individual and team levels.
You will assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including our intranet Alberto, social media accounts and emails. Contributing with ideas to prepare engagement campaigns and company events.
You will be the first point of contact for queries from employees, job applicants, and hiring managers ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Additionally, you will undertake a range of administrative functions in support of the employment lifecycle and to ensure HR records are kept up to date and accurate.
Do I need experience?
Experience in an HR admin role or employee engagement background is desirable.
Everyday knowledge of social media and good Microsoft systems is required.
We provide all the training needed for the rest. Most importantly we need you to bring a positive and collaborative attitude!
