Job description
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As the HR Assistant you will be working closely with the HR manager to provide administration support for all HR and UK Recruitment processes, to ensure efficient delivery of HR Services.
Your ultimate objective is to provide an effective and efficient administrative service relating to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited;
1. Assisting with the recruitment by posting new jobs on jobsites, shortlisting and collate CV’s for hiring manager.
2. Liaise with the candidates between interview stages, to schedule the interviews. Ensure candidates are kept up to date on the progress of their application.
3. Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring offer letters are signed in timely manner, equipment for homebased workers.
4. Assist with the offboarding process by ensuring that end of employment letters is issued, deactivation of the systems and equipment returns.
5. Act as point of contact for new starters to enhance the onboarding and 1st day experience.
6. Promote giant employee benefits, by ensuring that benefit comms is issued on an consistent basis
7. Manage all administration relating to employee benefits.
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
experience/competencies
Essentially you would have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or at least 2 years’ proven experience of working in an administrative role, ideally within HR department or customer centric environment.
You must be highly organised with passion in delivering excellent customer experience, have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in Microsoft office is required.

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
