HR Assistant

Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust

35 hours per week

£22,000 - £25,000

Hybrid working is offered, which include remote working options

As one of the largest primary school Multi-Academy Trusts in the country DEMAT have 39 academies spanning across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Norfolk, and Suffolk. We share a passion and belief that all children have the right to flourish and deserve the highest quality curriculum.

This varied role assists our HR team and colleagues across the Trust by providing general day-to-day HR support. The successful candidate will be involved in HR related projects to help us achieve the objectives set out in our People Strategy.

The successful applicant will have:

Experience of working in a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational/time management skills with evidence of ability to prioritise a busy workload
Resilience working to tight deadlines
Excellent IT skills and high level of attention to detail
