Summary:

HR Assistant

Our client in the agricultural sector are recruiting a HR assistant who is either a HR administrator wanting to be a HR Assistant or an assistant looking for development but happy to undertake the transactional HR duties. Which ever you will gain exposure with an opportunity to develop.

The role itself

• Providing HR administration support to the business
• Working in a team of 3
• Able to offer HR advice
• Assistant with recruitment process
• Co-ordinate inductions
• Update HR Process
• Assist and contribute to HR projects
• HR administration
• Support payroll

The Candidate

• 12 months' experience in a HR environment
• Be able to demonstrate building strong relationships
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel
• A confident candidate who can communicate effectively with managers
• Experience in agricultural, manufacturing or Food would be an advantage
• CIPD Level 3 or an ambition to learn
