About the role:
You'll be joining an ambitious and proactive team with a vision to empower colleagues to thrive and flourish in all that they do.
The role of the HR and Recruitment Assistant is to own the recruitment function end to end, from creating job descriptions, advertising, arranging and holding interviews; onboarding and conducting new starter inductions. The role involves working with department heads to support their staffing needs.
You will also be required to respond to general first-line queries from colleagues of all levels that relate to all aspects of Human Resources and where appropriate signpost to relevant policies and procedures.

Required Experience
- NVQ L3 or equivalent in a HR / Administration field (essential)
- Proven experience of working in a similar role and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision (essential)
- Experience of recruiting/onboarding function (essential)
- Highly organised, you’re adept at managing competing, and sometimes conflicting, priorities (essential)
- Experience of dealing with sensitive, confidential issues (essential)
- Experience of providing first line HR Advice (desirable)
- HRIS experience (desirable)
