Our community tread the roads and trails of some of the country’s most beautiful and iconic venues, as well as some of the most unique running experiences available anywhere as we deliver 200+ events a year. Job Description: Working directly with our communications team to ensure all our entrants are effectively communicated with via emails and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and ensure efficient responses to all incoming enquiries through emails and social media from on Saturday, Sunday and 2 days midweek.
- Enable and facilitate event Group Bookings
- Efficiently and accurately manage race entry data
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the running community and corporate clients
- Continually seek out opportunities to enhance the RunThrough brand and reputation
Essential skills and knowledge:
- A friendly and personable disposition
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and approach
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Proactive approach
Desirable:
- A passion for health, fitness and sport
- A passion for running and/or triathlon
- Experience working in mass participation sport
- Experience working with wordpress websites and sprout social
Location: Remote, Hybrid working.
Hours required: Saturday, Sunday and 2 days midweek. 24 hours per week. Overtime opportunities available. Start date ASAP.
Pay: £12ph
