Your day-to-day.
As People Analytics Partner, you will work closely with our internal People Support team and internal stakeholders to understand and interpret their requirements for people and workforce data. This means:
- Overseeing people data analysis, people metrics and trend analysis
- Producing and scheduling reports, dashboards, score cards and metrics using data from our internal HR system Dayforce and other reporting tools
- Maintaining the Dayforce reporting suite and identifying improvements
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including the People Leadership Team, Operations and Regional Directors to identify and prioritise reporting and analysis requirements which support the delivery of Business and HR Strategies
- Map, document and maintain a library of HR operational processes related to Management Information analysis
