Human Resources lead the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking a People Capability Analyst to join this successful team.
As People Capability Analyst you will align to a Head of People Capability, Global Functions, understanding the learning and talent development requirements and supporting the management of the people strategy to the benefit of their client groups.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Head of People Capability to oversee the design and execution of business-specific programmes that fall outside of the Centre of Expertise remit, liaising with external vendors as appropriate.
- Work with global and regional teams to analyze Human Resources data to understand and provide insight around current and anticipated people-capability challenges across your client group
- Support the creation of new or amended learning and talent solutions to address key people-related challenges in line with their business strategy
- Actively support the design / amendment of any group-wide solutions to ensure they meet the requirements of their business area
- Support Head of People Capability with all Talent Management related activities such as Talent Reviews (including Leadership Bench/Talent Playbook), Talent identification / assessment, succession planning, development and mobilisation of incumbents and successors for critical roles
- Communicates the learning, talent and development offering to Human Resources and business stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and bank policies, monitoring audit and risk management reports and initiating corrective actions where necessary
- Look to deploy existing solutions and approaches before designing new ones
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Technical subject matter expertise in learning and talent development is essential
- Experience of co-ordinating the end-to-end learning solution lifecycle is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Data Analysis skills
- Experience of managing stakeholder relationships including senior stakeholders and external vendors
The base location for this role is flexible in the UK with regular travel to 8 Canada Square to connect in person.
