We are recruiting a driven, passionate, and proactive HR Advisor to join our friendly People & Culture Team at Phoenix Futures. Our team is fab with a strong team spirit and a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
This role is a key role within the HR Business Partner Team, reporting directly into our HR Business Partner the post holder will be supporting with day to day queries, take minutes, support and administration. You will be a self starter, excellent communicator and signposting our managers to appropriate policies, managing our ER & Payroll processes.
A passion for solving problems and a can-do attitude is key to this post, alongside the ability to take initiative and manage a varied and fast paced workload.
About You
- Experience in a HR Advisory role with a focus on Employee Relations (Essential)
- An understanding of the health & Social Care Sector (but don’t worry if you don’t as we will invest in your development) (Desirable)
- General understanding of Employment Law (Desirable)
- Hold CIPD accreditation or equivalent / willing to work towards accreditation (Desirable)

Note that whilst this role is remote, you must reside in the UK and have right to work. Furthermore, there will be a need to travel to London or to services as and when required.
