JOB TITLE: HR Advisor
SALARY: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor who will provide a high standard of HR support, advice and guidance to employees and line managers on inductions, training, employee relations and HR processes.
LOCATION: Nottingham – hybrid working with three days per week in the office
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Ensuring the effective delivery of a reactive and proactive HR support, providing advice and guidance on policy, processes and procedures to employees and people managers in conjunction with employment legislation.
· Collaborating with other HR team members to standardise HR policies and procedures and support their evaluation, as the organisation continues to grow, measuring their effectiveness.
· Coaching and supporting people managers in connection with HR related matters, including performance management.
· Management and facilitation of formal grievance processes in accordance with local legislation and company policy, whilst actively seeking to avoid escalations by encouraging swift resolutions to the satisfaction of all parties.
· Management of disciplinary processes in accordance with local legislation and company policy.
REQUIREMENTS:
This role will suit a HR generalist with a background working in a fast-paced commercial environment together with comprehensive knowledge and application of UK employment legislation.
You will have Level 3 CPP (CIPD) or Level 5 CIPD, or commitment to gain qualification (XMA can offer study support for this) as well as being customer-focused with a strong attention to detail.
