Permanent, 37 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the University’s HR team.
Working within our HR Operations team, you will work closely with our HR Managers to ensure that colleagues across the University are provided with proactive support and advice and manage a wide variety of employee relations casework.
You will be qualified to CIPD Level 5, with experience of working either as a HR generalist or HR specialist, and have a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a calm, friendly and professional approach.

If you are a current student at the University, you are welcome to apply for part-time roles of 15 hours or less per week, unless you are a part-time postgraduate student, in which case you can also apply for full time roles, subject to any visa requirements.
