Our client, a not-for-profit business based in Letchworth are looking for a Temporary HR Advisor for a period of 12 weeks. The right applicant will have strong core values and a love for working in an ER focussed role.

HR Advisor - The Details
- £35,000 - £37,500 pro rata
- (£17.95ph - £19.23ph)
- Letchworth based office
HR Advisor - Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and support on any issues which have HR/People-related content
- Provide qualified, consistent, well informed and practical end to end people focussed solutions
- Facilitate and manage complex employee relationships in line with policies, processes, legislation and best practice for people practices with risk managed outcomes including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, probation, capability, Occupational Health referrals, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures, TUPE and offboarding
- Drafting correspondence for employee relation cases
- Maintaining high professional standards in line with ACAS and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct
- Supporting business leaders with procedural or absence meetings
- Maintaining staff files and liaising with other key departments where required
- Contracting letters and amendments
- General Recruitment Support
- Continual review of policy and process changes affecting our existing practices
HR Advisor - Experience required
- At least 1 year's experience as a HR Advisor
- CIPD qualified
