Job description
As HR advisor you will assist the Head of HR in driving a successful people strategy across the group. People are our priority and a key focus for the overall business strategy. The HR Advisor will play a key role in ensuring positive employee experience and engagement are continually developed and reviewed. You will provide support and advice to managers on employee relations issues ensuring correct legislation and best practice is followed. You will also have responsibility for key HR process’s such as updating the HR system and payroll.

HR Advisor Responsibilities
· Support the Head of HR with the development and delivery of HR strategy projects.
· Assist with annual policy, procedure, and company handbook updates.
· Advise and support managers with employee relations issues and processes.
· Be the first point of call for subsidiary companies HR queries.
· Management of the HR system. Ensuring all new starter, leaver and employee changes are up to date.
· Support the full cycle of the recruitment process including interviewing and onboarding.
· Assist with company benefits management including liaising with occupational health.
· The HR Advisor will also be required to cover the full payroll cycle when the HR Assistant is on leave (training for this will be provided).
Skills, Qualifications, Experience and competence required
· CIPD qualified to level 5 (or working towards)
· Comprehensive understanding of employment law (overseas employment law knowledge would be desirable)
· Working knowledge of payroll management
· Experience of policy writing/editing.
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
