Job description
This post is looking for an energetic person to join our staff To perform diagnostic investigations and general administrative duties for the respiratory laboratories within Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health Board.
Primarily based at GRI/Stobhill but may have to rotate to other sites from time to time. NHS related experience would be preferable.
Clinical Physiologist (Trainees may be accepted), however, candidates should be working in a Respiratory clinical physiology department already and have minimal experience.
To perform a full range of diagnostic investigations in respiratory function and sleep disordered breathing within greater Glasgow & Clyde Physiology Services
Essential – BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent
In-House training completed over a 3 year period.
Association for Respiratory Technology and Physiology (ARTP) professional
Certification or equivalent
RCCP registered practitioner (Desirable)
Essential - Excellent communication skills
Essential - Basic computer skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
