Established in 1986, City in the Community (CITC) is the registered charity of Manchester City and exists to empower healthier lives through football. Reaching 20,000 people each season, programmes place physical and mental wellbeing at their core, whist also creating healthy futures and healthy communities.
The HR Advisor is a generalist role providing HR advice across all departments within the charity. Part of a small in-house team of three, the role has an extended link to City Football Group’s wider People team.
The purpose of this role is to provide specialist advice and guidance to the charity's line managers and wider team looking for support. The role will also play a key part in a wide range of HR projects that help to deliver CITC’s People Plan and contribute to CITC’s organisational strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
