We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of a HR Business Partner, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Summary:
- This role will be required to support the transformation of the People and OD Service, activities will include working with the relevant heads of service to deliver their consultation and project manage them to a conclusion.
- The role will support different aspects i.e. working with TU, working with HR colleagues to share information, manage the change process, capture feedback, development and be able to support implementation of final changes and mobilisation of the new structures.
Requirements:
- Project management of multiply restructures
- Work strategically with HR Heads of Service and Director
- Ability to produce project plans, assess risks, updates and solutions to business issues.
- Experience of working with trade unions
- Lead and undertake change activities including producing change documents, employee engagement, consultations, responding to employee queries, working to timelines and maintaining good communication throughout
- Be able to align with local operating procedures and specific activities
- Experience of using Teams and Outlook products to operate efficiency
- Able to communicate effectively and positively to a range of stakeholders
- Working in a public sector - local authority
- Experience of leading a range of organisational restructurings and experience of undertaking change within a HR business area.
