Fully Remote HR Administrator

A position has arisen for a fully remote administrator within the HR department of a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within Hertfordshire. The position is a 2 months+ temporary contract with part time hours.
Location: Cambridgeshire (fully remote)
Contract: 2 months+
Salary: £11.75 per hour plus holiday
Hours: 22.5, Monday to Friday
Your duties will include the following:
- Providing HR support to the HR Operations team, by producing packs for employee relations hearings, assisting with DBS checking processes, dealing with telephone queries etc.
- Administering the agenda for change process, arranging panels and provide appropriate support and documentation
- Organising and providing support to the HR team meetings
- Providing timely reminders to the HR team in areas such as appraisals, mandatory training compliance
- Providing other general support to the HR Operations team as required
- Taking notes at investigation meetings and at formal employee relations hearings
- Ensuring the HR pages of the intranet are current and up-to-date by uploading, amending, and removing documents as appropriate
- Assisting the Recruitment Lead and Recruitment Coordinators with recruitment processes and references as and when required
- Supporting the Diversity & Inclusion project group, including attendance at meetings, production and distribution of minutes and actions plans
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communications skills including writing, data entry and telephone etiquette
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to their own initiative
- The ability to problem solve
- The skills to maintain links with team members when off site and keep them updated as appropriate
- Some experience of taking formal minutes
- Some demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Windows, Email and the Internet
