The HR Operations Administrator to be the first point of contact for DBS and right to work enquires for our colleagues. You will be part of a wider team, and have the ability to refer calls or emails to Resourcing, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner for further support whilst you build your knowledge.
Your key responsibilities will be to provide essential administrative support to the Resourcing and People Team in a collaborative and inclusive way. This role has a key responsibility for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), as well as involvement in other aspects of the HR onboarding process.
This is a role which will allow you to develop your HR career. You will have exposure to basic enquires and provide full administrative support using IT and HR systems.

About you
You should have:
- previous administrative experience in any sector, ideally with some exposure to onboarding processes, but training can be provided on the job to the right candidate, if necessary.
- Any relevant HR qualification would be useful but is not essential as a basic understanding or what is involved in HR and Onboarding can be equivalent.
- Good organisational and methodical skills , while knowing how to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and written skills will also stand you in good stead.
