We offer a salary of up to£35k p/a, dependant on experience.
So, more about our Application Analyst…
You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day functional support of key business applications, such as D365, Salesforce and FRS. You will be responsible for investigating incidents and problems raised by the business and work with the wider IT Team to resolve.
You will live our value ‘Respect and Work Together’ through collaboration and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders.
Growth is important to us and in the spirit of our value of ‘Be Bold and Courageous’, you will provide input into definition of functional requirements for new application functionality.
As well as challenging others and ‘Owning and Delivering’ your promises, you will work with business functions and DevOps Team to ensure appropriate levels of capacity, availability, security and continuity is in place for all application component. You will have a best practice and a ‘Customer First’ approach to reviewing issues and improvement actions.
You will thrive developing relationships and building processes to ensure we ‘Keep It Simple’ taking unnecessary complexity away.
