The Vacancy
At Wates, we have a fantastic opportunities for experienced HR administrators to join the team on a hybrid basis working for our Wates Property Services Team. These permanent opportunities are a great time to the team and support on several key activities supporting business growth which will help shape the future of the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end employee life cycle working in an efficient and customer focused time bound manner
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee information in the relevant HR databases, including COINS
- Support the HR team with TUPE activity
- Work in strict confidentiality
ABOUT YOU
You are…
- An efficient and accurate administrator with experience of working in a HR function
- Good working knowledge in HR and part CIPD qualified (level 3 or above)
- Discrete and able to work confidentially
- Clear communicator
