The Vacancy

At Wates, we have a fantastic opportunities for experienced HR administrators to join the team on a hybrid basis working for our Wates Property Services Team. These permanent opportunities are a great time to the team and support on several key activities supporting business growth which will help shape the future of the team.


ABOUT THE ROLE


Responsibilities:


  • Support the end-to-end employee life cycle working in an efficient and customer focused time bound manner
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee information in the relevant HR databases, including COINS
  • Support the HR team with TUPE activity
  • Work in strict confidentiality


ABOUT YOU


You are…


  • An efficient and accurate administrator with experience of working in a HR function
  • Good working knowledge in HR and part CIPD qualified (level 3 or above)
  • Discrete and able to work confidentially
  • Clear communicator
