· Delivering patient centred care in a compassionate and professional manner within the comfort of their home
· Assist and provide clients with personal care (such as washing and dressing, oral care, toileting)
· Complete accurate records of care relating to the client’s care
· Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary
· Medication administration
· Support with nutritional needs (feeding and drinking) and monitoring and reporting any dietary intake concerns
· Companionship
· Meal preparation
· Accompanying clients on community visits such as doctor’s appointments, engaging with hobbies, attending day centre/activities
· Running errands such as shopping
· Communicating with the client’s family, friends and health care providers on behalf of the client where required
· Support with achieving rehabilitation goals (such as physiotherapy exercises)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £10.20-£11.00 per hour
