Job title: Office Coordinator / Administrator


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm

Location: London (Tower Bridge, Camden or Islington)

Basic salary: £25,000 + 5% commission


We are currently looking for a handful of office coordinators / administrators to join various branches across the Chestertons network. As part of this position, the individual will perform a range of tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the Sales / Lettings department. These responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, conducting compliance checks, handling general administrative duties, and overseeing anti-money laundering procedures.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Enrolling new applicants and clients
  • Motivating the team to maintain office standards and ensure a pristine office appearance
  • Monitoring the key log and RPS to track keys entering and leaving the office
  • Scheduling property viewings for negotiators in their absence
  • Scheduling market appraisals
  • Adding photographs, floor plans, and Energy Performance Certificates to the relevant systems
  • Verifying Land Registry data and uploading it
  • Maintaining up-to-date Sales checklists
  • Conducting anti-money laundering checks
  • Confirming identification of relevant parties
  • Executing anti-money laundering processes
