This is an exciting new role within the Trust’s central HR team for a dynamic, committed and well-organised professional. Reporting directly to the Trust Chief Finance Officer, you will develop your existing administrative skills, gaining further experience within HR and other key business areas. We are very happy to support your professional development, as we know that an investment in our people is an investment in our pupils.
We are looking for a new member of our team to
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR administration, including support with employee case work, absence management, recruitment and training.
- Support the wider central Trust team and senior management team with marketing administration, including updating our social media with recruitment adverts, keeping our websites and intranet up to date, collating monthly staff newsletters and adding news posts to social media as and when required.
- Support the payroll team with payroll administration during busy periods (e.g. with submission of the annual workforce census).
Whilst previous HR experience is a bonus, we are interested in candidates from all different backgrounds. We will always consider flexible working and part time arrangements to secure the right candidate.
