We are now hiring for a HR Administrator to work within our Manchester head office (hybrid) alongside our ambitious, inspiring, and experienced HR team.

Key Responsibilities


You will be responsible for providing administration assistance across all aspects of HR, L&D and Recruitment.
Support and training on all our processes, policies and software will be provided. This is an opportunity to “career step” into a central, generalist HR role, gaining valuable experience and a full insight into the HR function.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


We are looking for a colleague to join our HR team who has:
  • Potential to develop a career in a generalist HR admin role;
  • An interest in learning and putting into practise HR processes & procedures which support our colleagues in all locations across the business;
  • Excellent and efficient administration skills, with a high attention to detail;
  • The ability to work in a team, and meet deadlines
  • An aptitude for flexibility
  • An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel & Word;
  • The ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise workload;
  • Excellent communication skills and approachable manner.

Previous experience in an HR admin role & CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but not essential as opportunities for study will be considered and full training in the role will be provided.

  • Experience of working in an Educational setting (Desired)

Benefits


Salary - Up to £26,000 depending on experience.

Working Hours - 36 hours a week over 4.5 days
Location – Oxford Road, Manchester
Flexible Working – Two days office based (flexible)
