The Millennium Hotel Glasgow is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant who will assisting in delivering great service to our guests in the bar and restaurant areas.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include:

· Providing friendly and professional service within food & beverage areas of the hotel, including breakfast

· Confidently communicating the menu and all products available to guests

· Dealing with all payment transactions (Cash, card and room charging) according to company standards

· Ensuring the Food & Beverage areas are clean and tidy at all times

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:

· Experience of Food & Beverage service

· Great customer service skills

· The ability to work as part of a team

· Experience in dealing with payments

· Experience of MICROS would be an advantageous

· Flexible to cover early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts, on a rota basis, as the business requires
