Job description
We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to provide professional and effective HR administrative support across the University. The role is varied and includes coordinating the recruitment and on boarding process, administering the employee life cycle and being the first point of contact for HR operational queries.
You will work in a busy and demanding environment therefore an ability to use your own initiative in organising and prioritising your own workload is absolutely essential. We are looking for someone who has previous knowledge and experience of using IT packages and databases.
You will have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work within a busy/vibrant office environment, whilst always putting the customer first.
