The Role

We have a vacancy for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our communications team! This is an exciting new role to Devon Air Ambulance in which you will play a vital role in implementing and delivering the charity's marketing strategy. This is a very varied role where you will have the opportunity to use your initiative, creativity and marketing expertise to support our strategic mission and future vision. You will have responsibilities towards the delivery and optimisation of our website, manage social media within our marketing and communication schedule and drive engagement and performance. The post holder will also help to evaluate data to track and report on campaign effectiveness with our stakeholders and supporters.

The Candidate

We are seeking a friendly and organised candidate with excellent digital skills. Experienced with social media advertising, email marketing and display ads, you will play a crucial role in the scheduling and delivery of Devon Air Ambulance’s online activity. A collaborative individual, you will build excellent working relationships with colleagues and departments, regularly liaising with other teams and attending meetings to understand their priorities and support their communications needs.

You will have a flair for creativity and imagination, contributing to idea generation whilst supporting brand development and awareness using appropriate media to maximise our reach; as such, it is essential that you are up to date with new trends. The ability to manage your own workload is crucial, as you will be running multiple digital campaigns in unison and prioritising each project as needed to meet deadlines and align with schedules.

2nd interviews will be held on Thursday the 20th of July 2023 and will be held in person at Devon Air Ambulance HQ.
