An internationally renowned Italian luxury fashion house, is seeking temporary Sales Advisors to join their Harrods Concession team.You will be applying via Dweet, an on-demand jobs platform that connects you directly with short-term retail opportunities at the world's top Fashion and Luxury brands. We're looking for passionate Luxury Sales Associates that are willing to join these top brands on assignments for both short-term and long-term opportunities.Responsibilities:Deliver world-class customer service, engaging with clientele to understand their needs and offering personalised & sophisticated style guidance.Handle and display luxury merchandise with care, maintaining a premium store appearance.Stay up-to-date with the latest collections and product knowledge of our luxury brands.Achieve sales goals and targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.Collaborate and communicate effectively with a team to ensure clientele satisfaction.Handle luxury product transactions accurately and efficiently.Qualifications:Existing department store approval is highly desirable, and is a major advantage.Proven experience in High street or premium retail, and ideally specific experience in luxury retail.Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships.A keen eye for style and detail, with an understanding and appreciation of luxury fashion.Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of a second language is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Well-presented, professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for the luxury industry.Job Types: Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract, Temp to perm, Part-time, Fixed term contractSalary: £11.00-£15.00 per hourBenefits:FlexitimeSchedule:8 hour shiftFlexitimeWeekend availabilityExperience:Fashion, Beauty or Luxury (on the shop floor): 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
