3 to 6 Month FTC

In Finance Delivery, we are going through a period of transformation and require some temporary specialist support to manage a large volume of internal recruitment

What you'll do:

Support the Finance Leadership Team to manage approx. 70 internal open positions
Maintain an accurate and complete record of all related data for all applications by department, position type etc.
Deliver regular snapshots/updates on recruitment status
Maintain information to be shared with candidates
Compile questions from candidates where vital

What you'll bring:

Administration and maintenance of large volumes of data

Your office base:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

Livingston Watermark House:

Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston North train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
