Job description
Due to retirement and internal progression within the business an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator has now arisen. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources (although not essential) and will involve working with the HR team and closely with the Head of HR.
The role is supporting all HR related admin such as:
- Handling leaver documentation
- Tracking absence
- Contracts and starter documents
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Assisting with the company learning and development and book courses for appropriate staff and support the IT trainer.
Our client is looking for candidates who are able to grow as the business develops further and be a key person in the HR admin process. In return they are offering an excellent salary of £26,000.
