The Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC) is the operational hub of Human Resources & OD Directorate. HRSC are a busy team, embracing the use of modern technology to deliver an excellent HR Service to our customers. HRSC are part of Professional Services at Manchester Metropolitan University, located in the 6GMS building.
About the role:
Duties for the role include the administration and delivery of our operational HR service; from issuing contracts, processing leavers, employee lifecycle changes and reports, to standard HR policy and procedural advice, this is a busy and varied role for the right individual. The roles will also take a lead in maintaining data through the HR systems and records, ensuring compliance regulations are met.
As the first point of contact, the HR Administrator will have a focus on initial investigations into general HR queries and guidance on standard HR policy and processes.
About you:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused individual with a commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will have experience of administration and customer service, and preferably knowledge of HR systems or databases. Experience within HR is beneficial but not essential.
