Role Title: International Business Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary range: USD 4,000.00-6,000.00 per month

Your role would involve overseeing and coordinating business operations on a global scale. You would be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets, managing cross-border partnerships and collaborations, and ensuring compliance with international regulations and policies.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Flexibility to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Develop and implement international business plans in line with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and clients in target markets.
• Prepare reports on international business activity for senior management.
• Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure that international business objectives are aligned with overall company strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Understanding of international economics, trade, governments, contracts, and finance to align the company goal (United Kingdom,New Zealand, Africa, U.S. Canada, & Malaysia).
• Clear communicator with ability to explain complicated matters in simple terms, negotiate and convince stakeholders.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or equivalent experience in finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of experienced in financial or a related field.
• Flexibility to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking, ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and problem solve.
• You are able to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines.
