Partnerships Manager
London - Hybrid

Our client is a fast-paced, results-driven demand generation company focused on high-growth sectors. Through advanced technology and world-class marketing expertise, this exciting organisation develops sales-ready leads for many of the world’s leading brands. To facilitate growth, they have an exciting opening for a Partnerships/Affiliate Development Manager to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
As a London-based Partnerships/Affiliate Development Manager, you will:
- Research, build, and manage a pipeline of multinational affiliate partners
- Develop new business opportunities using all available mediums
- Perform both new business and account management duties
- Become a trusted partner to affiliates
- Grow existing partners' revenue
- Expand into new verticals and territories
- Manage and provide full support for every account in your portfolio
- Build strong internal relationships
- Possess 2+ sales years of experience gained in Affiliates, publishing, digital marketing, etc.
- Have first-class communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate a hunter mentality
- Possess high levels of motivation and the drive and desire to build a successful partnership sales career
- Have a proven record of sales success and goal achievement
- Be data-driven
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- An initial base salary circa 40k
- An uncapped 55k OTE
