Our People and Operational Effectiveness (POE) team is dynamic, collegiate and looks after all aspects of the employee life cycle. The role of HR Administrator in the Employee Relations and Organisational Change is a new role and offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience as an administrator whilst being part of a specialist team. As a member of the Employee Relations and Organisational Design team, you will contribute to the development of the Employee Relations Strategy, and be part of the team that will have collective accountability for its delivery across the University as a whole. This role will take an active role in Organisational Change projects providing all administrative support and work closely with our HR Partnering team with a particular focus on re-structures, redundancy, and consultations across the University.

You will have an excellent track record of providing administration for a busy HR team and in particular Employee Relations including taking notes, writing letters, mail merge and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel up to a high level. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with project management principles and has had experience of managing and collating information to support Organisational Change projects. The post requires a someone who works collaboratively with all of its stakeholders, in particular the HR and Payroll team. You will also support the development of Organisational Change processes and procedures and the implementation of an automated Casework system.
